Tedeschi Trucks Band brought their tour to Sacramento, CA’s Memorial Auditorium on Tuesday evening and welcomed members of opening act and Cali natives Los Lobos for two songs during the performance.

The guests spots landed in the latter half of the set, beginning with Los Lobos vocalist/guitarist Cesar Rosas emerging to help out on TTB’s version of Elmore James’ “The Sky Is Crying.” For the next tune, a couple of Rosas’ bandmates, guitarist David Hidalgo and saxophonist Steve Berlin, joined TTB for two more of the band’s live staples, Sleepy John Estes/Taj Mahal’s “Leaving Trunk” and Rahsaan Roland Kirk’s “Volunteered Slavery.”
