David Shaw, frontman for New Orleans-based rockers The Revivalists, will once again bring the Big River Get Down in his hometown of Hamilton, OH, this September, and Shaw has revealed the lineup for the 2019 gathering.

Along with The Revivalists, the Sept. 7 festival will feature music from The War and Treaty, Brent Cobb, Southern Avenue, Neal Francis and Chris Gelbuda, plus an intimate solo acoustic performance from Shaw the evening of Sept. 6.

“Being able to come back to my hometown and host an event like this is something I’ve always dreamed of doing since I started playing music,” Shaw says in a press statement. “It’s exciting to see people from all over the country coming to my hometown to share this experience with us. The Big River Get Down is also a great way for me to give something back to a community that has given me so much. Hamilton has made great strides over the past several years, and I’m thrilled this event can lend a hand in the City’s ongoing renaissance.”

Big River Get Down will take place Sept. 6 and 7 at Hamilton’s RiversEdge Amphitheater. Ticketing information and more can be found at the festival’s website. All proceeds for the festival will once again go to Hamilton’s 4th of July fireworks and RiversEdge Concert Series.
