On Saturday evening, Jenny Lewis brought her tour in support of recent album On The Line to the Hollywood Palladium in her hometown of Los Angeles, and the singer-songwriter brought out LA icon Jackson Browne for a few tunes throughout the performance.

The night opened with the two lead-off tracks from On The Line, “Heads Gonna Roll” and “Wasted Youth” and the night was peppered with new-album cuts, including the title track, which preceded a staged on-stage phone call from Browne in which Lewis invited the songwriter up to join her for two songs. The pair teamed up for Browne’s own “These Days” before they introduced the next tune, “Under the Supermoon,” which they’d collaborated on in Haiti as part of a music-based humanitarian project headed up by Browne in the country. The track will be part of an upcoming collaborative album as part of the project.

Browne would return later in the evening during Lewis’ encore, which concluded with Browne and Lewis’ band backing her up a cappella on “Acid Tongue.” Check out the full setlist from the night below, along with fan-shot video of Browne and Lewis’ collaborations.

In other Jenny Lewis news, the songwriter has announced the launch of her own signature strain of cannabis, called “The Rabbit Hole” (after another On The Line track), in collaboration with California’s Glass House Farms. A press release describes the strain as a “light Sour Diesel sativa” and notes that it will be available at dispensaries in the LA area.
