Annual Tennessee music and arts festival Bonnaroo has announced plans to bring the festival experience across the country on the new 2019 “Ready to Roo” tour.

“Ready to Roo” will include 35 free pop-up events spanning across 14 cities in Atlanta, Nashville, Tampa, Fl., Chicago and more from March 18 to April 6.

“The special thing about Bonnaroo is that our fans have always been as committed to the spirit of the festival as they are to the music,” said Ashley Capps, co-founder of Bonnaroo via press release. “These unifying activities create a sense of community that transcends their time at the festival, and the service projects in select cities underscore Bonnaroo’s focus on social good and ‘radiating positivity,’ which is part of the Bonnaroovian code.”

Events on the tour include games – from Game of Thrones trivia to ping-pong tournaments – as well as festival ticket raffles and volunteer opportunities – including beach cleanups and nature walks in select cities. Attendees receive the option to purchase Bonnaroo tickets at a discounted earlier rate, or earn a $10 food credit for referring a friend to buy a ticket.

Bonnaroo is 2019 scheduled for the weekend June 13-16 in Manchester, Tn, and will feature headliners like Phish, Childish Gambino, Solange and Brandi Carlile. See the full lineup here.
