Indie rocker Mac DeMarco has scheduled the release of his fourth album, entitled Here Comes The Cowboy.

“This one is my cowboy record,” the singer-songwriter-guitarist said via press release. “Cowboy is a term of endearment to me, I use it often when referring to people in my life. Where I grew up there are many people that sincerely wear cowboy hats and do cowboy activities. These aren’t the people I’m referring to.”

Here Comes The Cowboy is set for release on May 10, and it will be the first release off DeMarco’s own Mac’s Record Label.
