Umphrey’s McGee continued their winter tour on Saturday night at The Fillmore Detroit, offering their final Midwest performance before they head out to the West Coast this weekend, and the band marked the occasion with a couple of special guests.

The first collaboration of the night came near the end of the first set, when UM brought out local Detroit bassist Chuck Bartels, who has played in Sturgill Simpson’s band, to take over for Ryan Stasik on a cover of the Led Zeppelin classic “Immigrant Song.” Late on in the night, after opening the second frame with newer tune “Dark Brush,” Umphrey’s welcomed their second guest of the night, saxophonist Nick Gerlach, who helped out on “1000 Places to See Before You Die.” The rest of the set included UM staples like “Hajimemashite,” “The Triple Wide” and “2×2,” and the band then closed out the evening with an encore of “Conduit” into “Nothing Too Fancy.”

See the full setlist below. Umphrey’s McGee continue their tour in California this weekend, starting with a March 1 date at The Fox Theater in Oakland. See the band’s full schedule here.
