Wilco’s Sold Sound Festival is scheduled for June 28–30, and the band has added a number of performers to their 2019 roster like indie rocker Courtney Barnett, post-rock pioneers Tortoise and much more.
Needless to say, the event – hosted by MASS MoCA in North Adams, MA – will be headlined by Wilco, marking their first American performance in nearly two years.
Solid Sound will also feature plenty of non-music activities, including John Hodgman’s Comedy Cabaret, axe throwing, a screen printing workshop and yoga.
Last year, Wilco’s Solid Sound kicked off with a surprise full-album encore of Yankee Hotel Foxtrot after already playing the fan-selected Being There in full during the set proper.
