Greensky Bluegrass and Marcus King by Steve Baran, Umphrey’s by Zach Blum

The inaugural 4848 Music Festival has been scheduled for July 11-13 in Snowshoe, WV.

Featured performers for the event include Greensky Bluegrass (x2), Umphrey’s McGee, The Infamous Stringdusters, Lettuce, Railroad Earth, The Marcus King Band, Billy Strings, Turkuaz, Fruition, Rayland Baxter and many more.

The three-day festival will be organized by All Good Presents, the same company that used to put on the All Good Music Festival, which ran from 1997 to 2013, with a one-off in 2015.

In addition to the musical performances, according to festival organizers, “Snowshoe Mountain’s ‘Fun Pass’ is included with each ticket, presenting new options for summer music festival experiences: scenic lift rides, Split Rock pools, zipline, climbing wall, along with Shavers Lake activities including swimming, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, as well as hiking trails, beach, and lakeside hammocks.”

Tickets for the 4848 Festival – including VIP amenities, camping and lodging options – go on sale Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 10 a.m. ET.
