The Fillmore New Orleans was set to celebrate its grand opening later this month with two shows featuring stadium rockers Foo Fighters and support from local staples Trombone Shorty and Preservation Hall Jazz Band, but the headliners have been forced to postpone the performances to a later date because of an injury to one of the band members.

“The band apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the rescheduling,” reads a note from Foo Fighters, which also announces the rescheduled dates as May 15 and 16. “They regret that they will no longer be able to christen The Fillmore New Orleans, but promise to bring it in May.”

All tickets to the Feb. 15 and 16 shows can be refunded at point of purchase (by the end of Monday, Feb. 18) or used at the May concerts. The Fillmore NOLA has yet to announce any replacement act for the grand opening celebration.
