Today Guster release their first new album in four years, Look Alive, and the band stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers last night to celebrate the effort with a bubbly performance of new track “Overexcited.”
The song finds Guster teaming up with a horn section and sees lead singer Ryan Miller adopting a faux English accent for the verses, and the performance on Late Night made it all seem like the band is having as much if not more fun than ever. Watch below.
Guster will also host a special event at The Strand bookstore in New York featuring music and conversation with Ted Allen from the television show Chopped. The band will appear on CBS Saturday Morning tomorrow, January 19, before heading to Boston’s House of Blues as part of their upcoming tour dates in support of Look Alive.
