While many of us are still recovering from the insanity of New Year’s 2018-2019, The String Cheese Incident must be feeling nostalgic. The band just shared a beautiful pro-shot from their NYE show at Colorado’s 1stBank Center, depicting the band’s third set “Colliding” opener as well as their big balloon drop at the midnight hour.
After welcoming guests all weekend, SCI’s 12/31 show provided the opportunity to play new tunes (the live debut of “Into the Blue), bustout covers (the first “Tom Sawyer” since 2015) and plenty of fan favorites (“Joyful Sound,” “Rosie”).
