Andy Frasco and his band, the U.N, recently released their newest single, “Change of Pace,” via Frasco’s podcast, Andy Frasco’s World Saving Podcast. The single is the first from their upcoming album of the same name, set for release on February 22 and available for pre-order now.

“If you feel like your life is swinging too far to one side of the spectrum, it’s okay to take a step back every now and then to try something new,” Frasco says, calling “Change of Pace” an ode to “finding your balance.”

Along with lead singer and pianist Frasco, The U.N. is composed of drummer Andee Avila, guitarist Shawn Eckels, bassist Chris Lorentz and Ernie Chang on saxophone. Check out the single from Change of Pace below, along with the group’s 2019 tour schedule.
