Pink Talking Fish will return to The Capitol Theatre this February for their third special headlining set at the Port Chester, NY venue, where they will present a “Junta Circus,” inspired by Phish’s 1989 studio album Junta.

PTF will perform the album in full, intertwined with their usual other covers of Pink Floyd and Talking Heads tunes. As with PTF’s Capitol Theatre performances of Talking Heads’ Stop Making Sense and Pink Floyd’s The Wall, the Junta show will be one extended set, with special guests expected.

The band will also be teaming with New York’s Big Apple Circus to turn The Capitol Theatre into a circus with live attractions, plus special guest Ringmaster Greg Ormont, frontman of Pigeons Playing Ping Pong.

The Junta Circus will take place on February 23, 2019. Tickets go on sale this Friday, November 9, at noon ET, with an online pre-sale taking place November 8 from 10am to 10pm ET.
