From June 28-30 Wilco will once again host the Solid Sound Festival at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art in North Adams, Mass.

“After almost two years off the road, we’re going to be so excited to be back on stage together,” Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy said in a statement. “I can’t wait to have that feeling again.”

“Jeff Tweedy and Wilco always pushes us, in the best possible ways,” added MASS MoCA Director Joseph Thompson. “Solid Sound raises our game, introduces us to exciting music, creates unexpected juxtapositions, and brings in lots of new friends — both on stage and in the community of music lovers that call this place home for three glorious days.  It’s a ton of fun, and we can’t wait.”

According to festival organizers, “For a limited time, tickets will be offered at a reduced early-bird rate of $149 (regular price $179). Children’s three-day tickets (ages 6-10) will be available for $55 and children under 6 are free.” Three-day tickets will go on sale Thursday, Oct. 18 at 11 a.m. ET.

Also available will be a special “Friends of the Festival” pass, offering a festival poster autographed by Wilco, a signed copy of Jeff Tweedy’s forthcoming memoir, access to a private VIP performance, free local meals and more. Proceeds from the Friends of the Festival Passes will directly benefit MASS MoCA’s arts education programs.
