Pigeons Playing Ping Pong will fuse together the songs of The Beatles and the Red Hot Chili Peppers this Halloween, performing under the theme “Red Hot Sgt. Peppers” from Oct. 31 to Nov. 3.

“We’re so stoked about this year’s Halloween run! We’ve been flirting with the idea of doing a Red Hot Sergeant Peppers theme for a couple years and I’m happy that we finally decided to do it while we’re back on the East Coast,” frontman Greg Ormont said in an official statement. “It’s been an absolute blast putting our spin on the material, which is so well written and full of energy. Can’t wait to unleash RHSP on The Flock!”

Over Halloweens past, the Baltimore-based band has explored themes like “Dead Zeppelin,” “A Tribute To The Letter P” and “R.I.P.P.P.P.: A Tribute to Musicians We Have Lost.”

The band will perform on Halloween at Richmond, Va’s The National, followed by a Nov. 1 show at Charlotte, NC’s Neighborhood Theater and a Nov. 2-3 stint at Atlanta’s Variety Playhouse.
