As part of their 30th anniversary tour, God Street Wine made a stop at Washington DC’s City Winery on Aug. 1.

And like any good group of Deadheads, the band was sure to honor Jerry Garcia on his birthday with a version of “Ripple.”

The American Beauty cover came on the tail-end of GSW’s first set, followed by their own $1.99 Romances track “Thirsty.”

Later on in the evening, the band jammed through “Stupid Hat” and “Bring Back the News” and ended their second set with “Waiting For The Tide.”

GSW closed their Washigton DC stop with two more covers: Bob Dylan’s “The Times The Are A-Changin’” and he Commodores’ “Brick House.”
