On Saturday, Anders Osborne wrapped up the second and final installment of his annual Holiday Spectacular at Tipitina’s in New Orleans, and the guitarist welcomed a number of guests over the two shows, including Drive-By Truckers’ Patterson Hood and percussionist Mike Dillon.

On Friday evening, Osborne and his band brought up Dillon, along with Rickie Lee Jones, Walter “Wolfman” Washington and Jumpin’ Johnny Sansone. On Saturday, Hood sat in on a few tunes to lend some vocals and guitar, and New Orleans icon Deacon John came up for a portion of the show, including an encore “Statesboro Blues” that served as a tribute to late Allman Brothers Band founders Gregg Allman and Butch Trucks, who both passed away this year.
