This October, a new festival is coming to Memphis, TN. The first annual Mempho music festival will celebrate the city “as the birthplace of Blues, Soul and Rock & Roll” with a lineup featuring Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, Cage the Elephant and more.

Also set to play the inaugural festival are Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, Cold War Kids, Bishop Briggs, Robert Randolph and The Family Band, Hard Working Americans, Southern Avenue and more, along with a tribute to Memphis Music from Steve Cropper & Friends plus Booker T’s Stax Revue.

Mempho will take place in Shelby Farms Park, near downtown Memphis, on October 6–7. Early-bird ticketing begins July 13, with general sales starting July 14. More information can be found at the festival’s website.
