Last night at the Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas, TX, Bob Weir returned to the stage to resume his solo Campfire Tour in support of his recent album, Blue Mountain, playing several cuts from the record along with some choice covers and Grateful Dead nods.

Weir began the show in his usual fashion, with a few completely solo performances, including Bob Dylan’s “When I Paint My Masterpiece” and his solo album’s title track. He was then joined by his Campfire Band of Aaron Dessner and Scott and Bryan Devendorf of The National, along with Steve Kimock, Blue Mountain producer Josh Kaufman and Jon Shaw. The rest of the first set leaned on the solo tracks, including “Only a River,” “Lay My Lily Down” and “Gonesville.”

Set number two strayed from the Blue Mountain tracks, kicking off with a Weir staple cover of Marty Robbins’ “El Paso” and moving into some Dead staples like “Deep Elem Blues,” “Friend of the Devil,” “Althea,” “Truckin’,” and “Goin’ Down the Road Feeling Bad.” The show would then round out with an encore of “Ki-Yi Bossie” and “Ripple.”

See the full setlist below as it appears in our Box Scores section, along with a couple video clips from the show. Weir and the Campfire Band continue their tour this weekend with two shows at ACL Live in Austin.
