Los Muertos Con Queso, the newest destination concert event in Riviera Maya Mexico, rolled on last night with a headlining set from The String Cheese Incident, who ended up welcoming opening act Jackie Greene along with Jason Crosby for a throwback cover.

The sit is came at the close of the first set, which featured thematically appropriate tunes like “These Waves,” “Let’s Go Outside” and “Sand Dollar,” when Greene and Crosby emerged for “That’s What Love Will Make You Do,” a song that appeared in the Jerry Garcia Band repertoire and one that hasn’t been seen in a SCI setlist since July 26, 2003.

Muertos Con Queso rounds out today with two more sets from String Cheese and “Los Muertos” featuring Bob Weir, Bill Kreutzmann, Dave Schools, Jeff Chimenti and Tom Hamilton.

See last night’s setlist below as it appears in our Box Scores section.
