Tonight, Brooklyn Bowl will host a special benefit for longtime Grateful Dead lyricist John Perry Barlow featuring a cast of musicians coming together to play the songs made famous by him.

Among them, a house band that includes Grahame Lesh, Ross James (who recently spoke to Relix about his newfound love of the Grateful Dead), Alex Koford and Scott Padden performing with a host of special guests such as Eric Krasno, Jackie Greene, Amy Helm, Rob Barraco, Leslie Mendelson, DJ Logic and others. For a preview of the event, watch the Terrapin Family Band cover “Cassidy” in preparation for the show.

In addition, HeadCount and D’Angelico will auction off
an exclusive guitar signed by Bob Weir and Barlow. All proceeds from the show and auction will benefit the John Perry Barlow Wellness Trust, which aims to aid Barlow in his current medical battle.

Tickets are available here. The show will also be webcast tonight via nugs.
