Mickey Hart will make several notable appearance in the coming days as the Dead drummer will have his art on display at the Wentworth Gallery in Short Hills, NJ on October 22. The free event will find Hart displaying “visual representations from my sonic driven world.”

A few days later, Hart will join Zakir Hussain and Niladri Kumar on October 26 at UC Berkeley.

Hussain and Kumar play the tabla and sitar, respectively. The improvisational instrumentalists will welcome Hart for a jam session that will take place at Zellerbach Hall. Ticketing information can be found here.

That night, Hart will then collaborate with old friend Steve Kimock at the Hopmonk as his K I M O C K project rolls through Sebastopol, CA in support of the Jams for J event which supports the local parks in the area. Tickets are available here.
