Dave Matthews Band kept their summer tour rolling last night with their first of a two-night run at Berkeley, CA’s Greek Theatre. The show was highlighted by the tour debut of a Talking Heads cover.
The rest of the set featured many DMB staples like “The Song That Jane Likes,” “Proudest Monkey” into “Satellite,” “Warehouse,” “#41” and “Grey Street,” plus the first “Old Dirt Hill” since July 6 of this year.
Near the end of the set, Dave Matthews and company brought out their version of Talking Heads’ “Burning Down the House,” the first appearance of the tune since September of last year. Watch a clip of the performance below from Instagram (via JamBase).
