Phil Lesh continued his own celebration of the Grateful Dead’s 50th anniversary with a show honoring the 1971 version of the band. Joining Lesh at his own Terrapin Crossroads was Stu Allen, Scott Metzger, Jason Crosby and Jay Lane.
The ensemble utilized the Dead’s setlist from December 14, 1971 performed at the Hill Auditorium in Ann Arbor, MI. Throughout the two-set performance, Lesh brought out Ross James to add to takes on “Mr. Charlie,” “Next Time You See Me,” “Run Run Rudolph” and “Big Boss Man.”
