Cold War Kids will release Tuxedos, a digital EP, September 17 through Downtown Records. The six-song collection includes two previously unreleased tracks in the US, “Romance Languages #2” and “Pine St.”, as well as covers “Aeon” (Antony and The Johnsons) and “You Don’t Come Through” (The Band). Tuxedos also features the self-titled original album track and an alternative version of “Bottled Affection” from their April release, Dear Miss Lonelyhearts.

Cold War Kids kicked off a headlining tour at San Diego’s House of Blues last night and will continue on the road through November 6 at St. Lake City’s The Depot. The run will include shows at Stubb’s Amphitheatre in Austin, TX (August 22), The Wiltern in Los Angeles (September 19) and Terminal 5 in New York City (October 22). Papa will open on select dates.
