The Heavy Pets have released their Everywhere Sessions: Volume 1 EP as a free download. The release, which can be downloaded here, includes the songs “Chew,” “Help Me Help You” and “The Day the Sun Forgot to Rise.” The Heavy Pets have also announced an “End of the World” party on December 21 at Ft. Lauderdale’s Greenhouse Lounge and a “Just In Case” party on December 22 at I.O.Z. in Atlanta. The group will also be playing a New Years’s Eve run that will take them to the Chance Theater in Poughkeepsie, NY on December 29 before they hit the Rebel Night Club in New York City on December 30 and play a co-headlining show with Brothers Past at The Trocadero in Philadelphia on December 31. The Heavy Pets are currently embarking on their late fall tour which sees the band playing a number of shows in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
