Band of Horses will become the rare group to play shows in both venue located in New York’s Manhattan Center in the same night later this fall. On December 11, the South Carolina-based group will perform in both the building’s The Grand Ballroom and its The Hammerstein Ballroom. The unique celebration will start at 7pm with an acoustic set in The Grand Ballroom and will then move downstairs for an electric set in the far larger The Hammerstein Ballroom at 10pm. Grandaddy Frontman Jason Lytle will open the latter show.

Presales for both shows start at 10am EST on Wednesday, October 17. Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, October 19. Band of Horses played an acoustic set at Orlando, FL’s Park Ave. yesterday afternoon. Please click here for our recent interview with the group.
