A Twitter view of Friday’s show

Perpetual Groove returned to Nashville, TN’s Exit/In on Friday night and offered some interesting covers. The band’s first set included a cover of Chemical Brothers’ “Golden Path” while the encore boasted a take on The Verve’s “Bitter Sweet Symphony.” Area resident—and Moon Taxi guitarist— Trevor Terndrup also emerged for the Verve cover. Perpetual Groove will take the stage at New Orleans’ The Howlin’ Wolf while Moon Taxi will appear at Chattanooga, TN’s Rhythm and Brews with Will Hoge tomorrow. Terndrup will also return to the Exit/In for a New Year’s Eve performance with MoonTaxi.
