As he prepares for Dispatch’s reunion, Chad Stokes has finalized his first solo album under the moniker Chadwick. Simmerkane II will arrive on June 28 via Ruff Shod/Nettwerk Records during Dispatch’s first tour since 2002. Produced by John Dragonetti (The Submarines), Simmerkane II features appearances from a diverse cast that includes Carly Simon, Blake Hazard (The Submarines), Matt Embree (RX Bandits), The White Buffalo (aka Jake Smith) and Sierra Leone’s Refugee All Stars. Available the same day is a two-disc deluxe version that features three tracks recorded with Sierra Leone’s Refugee All Stars.
