The enigmatic Residents will resurface again this spring. The band will begin a tour in Mexico on March 15 and make their way across the U.S., before closing things out in the group’s Bay Area home base on April 15 and 16. Along the way, the Residents will be selling a new DVD Randy’s Ghost Stories, which presents eight spooky tales told with animated graphics and newly composed music. Next year the band will mark its 40th anniversary.
