
The New Mastersounds wrapped-up 2010 with a performance at Charleston, SC’s Music Farm. A few days before that gig, the funk group performed at an official after show for Umphrey’s McGee’s New Year’s Run on December 29. The show took place at the Metro and featured an opening set by Lubriphonic. Several guests joined New Mastersounds during its set, including Umphrey’s McGee keyboardist Joel Cummins and Lubriphonic trombonist Norman Palm.
In other news, New Mastersounds has confirmed a series of 2011 dates. The group will tour Spain for two weeks in February. The dates for the band’s 2011 run through Spain can be found below:
