New York’s Jounce played its first show at Ridgewood, NJ’s Ridgewood High School in April 2000. The group continued to perform after its members matriculated at different colleges and continues to both tour and record. The band will celebrate its 10th Anniversary with a guest-heavy show at Teaneck, NJ’s Mexicali Live on Thursday, December 23. Several guests will join Jounce’s core trio—Danny Tamberelli (bass), Matt DeSteno (guitar) and Joe Ciarallo (drums)—at the show, including original keyboardist Dan Mallon. Other guests scheduled to appear include: Brian Purwin, Ryan Abribat, Jamie Barnes, Lizzy Friel, Marc Hellriegel, Adam Gold, Ron Zampini and MC Xsederaw.

The trio is currently putting the final touches on its new EP Meet Me In the Middle. Jounce will perform at Queens, NY’s Silent Barn on December 10.
