Casey Neill & The Norway Rats has confirmed a West Coast Tour in support of its new album Goodbye to the Rank and File. The album features appearances by R.E.M. touring musician Scott McCaughey (also front man for Minus 5 and the Young Fresh Fellows) and Talkdemonic’s Lisa Molinaro. The Norway Rats itself features a few familiar faces, including The Decemberists’ Jenny Conlee and Lucinda Williams Band guitar player Chet Lyster
