Dave Matthews Band opened its massive summer tour with two shows at Hartford, CT’s Comcast Theatre over Memorial Day Weekend. As the band prepares to go on hiatus, the group busted out a number of songs beginning with a tour opening “JTR” (last played 9/3/06). The group offered a number of other rarities throughout its two-night stand, including “Hello Again” (9/10/05), “Busted Stuff” (4/4/03), “Kit Kat Jam” (7/30/03), “So Right” (9/22/06) and “Sweet Up and Down” (9/14/07).The band also debuted “Break for It,” an original song the group has soundchecked a handful of times over the past four years. Dave Matthews Band will perform at Darien, NY’s Darien Lake Performing Arts Center this evening.
