The 33rd installment of Hookahville took place over Memorial Day weekend in Thornville, OH. This was the first Hookahville to feature new bass player Phil Risko and he was well-received by the crowd. The weekend also featured a welcome return as former bassist Cliff Starbuck took the stage with his longtime bandmates, adding banjo to “Highway Home.” Festivalgoers also witnessed another fan-friendly sit-in as hookah’s Steve Sweney joined Gov’t Mule during its Saturday headlining set for a version of “Feel Like Breaking Up Somebody’s Home.”
