As previously reported, Keller Williams releases his first-ever all-covers collection, Thief, on May 25. Recorded with the Keels, Thief features covers of songs by Ryan Adams, Presidents of the United States of America, Patterson Hood. Yonder Mountain String Band, Cracker, Danny Barnes, Marcy Playground, The Grateful Dead, Amy Winehouse and others. All fans who purchase the new album will also be automatically entered into the guitarist’s “Keller On Your Couch” contest. The contest’s winner will receive a 90 minute private acoustic performance by Keller and The Keels in their living room for them and up to 49 of their friends. Williams will appear at Richmond, VA’s Maymont Park on May 13.
