8th Annual Bayou Rendezvous will take place at New Orleans’ The Howlin Wolf on April 30. The show will kick off around 9 PM and bring together a mix of New Orleans musicians and other guests in town for Jazz Fest. In addition to a performance by the The New Orleans All Stars, the event will feature Papa Grows Funk with Big Sam Williams, Rebirth Brass Band with special guests Big Chief Monk Boudreaux and the Golden Eagle Mardi Gras Indians, Col Bruce Hampton Ret. & Friends, Russell Batiste & Friends, the Galactic spinoff Good Enough for Good Times, Eric McFadden, Monophonics and many other musicians. Jazz Fest will officially begin this Friday.
