The Howlin Wolf will host Down On The Bayou II on Thursday, April 29. The evening will feature appearances by—and collaborations among—JoJo’s Mardi Gras Band, George Porter Jr., Anders Osborne and Papa Mali, among many others. JoJo Hermann has also confirmed that his Widespread Panic bandmates John Bell and Sunny Ortiz will perform with his Mardi Gras Band during its set. The performance will benefit the NO Musicians Clinic. As previously reported, Widespread Panic will appear at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival earlier in the day.
