The sixth annual Mountain Jam Music Festival has announced its second round of artists. Warren Haynes hosts the event along with Radio Woodstock, which will take place at New York’s Hunter Mountain, so it is fitting that Woodstock resident Levon Helm is among the musicians set to appear. He will be joined by other new additions: Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, Dr. Dog, Drive-By Truckers, The Whigs, The New Mastersounds, Jay Farrar, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, The Duke & The King, Justin Townes Earle, Jerry Joseph & Wally Ingram, The Bridge, Zach Deputy, The Brew, Simone Felice, Gandalf Murphy & The Slambovian Circus of Dreams and Van Ghost. The previously announced roster includes Haynes’ Gov’t Mule as well as: Michael Franti & Spearhead, the Derek trucks & Susan Tedeschi Band, the Avett Brothers, Les Claypool, Yonder Mountain String Band, Toots and the Maytals, Matisyahu, Dark Star Orchestra, Traffic guitarist Dave Mason, ALO, Lettuce, Jonathan Tyler & The Morning Lights, Elmwood and the London Souls. Tickets for Mountain Jam are now on sale.
