Steve Kimock and his band Crazy Engine will celebrate Halloween—their “favorite holiday”—twice this weekend. The guitarist is asking fans to come in costume for both his October 30 performance at Eugene’s McDonald Theater and his October 31 show at Portland, OR’s Aladdin Theater. Kimock has also asked fans to bring pre-carved pumpkins to his October 31 gig. The pumpkins will be placed onstage and voted on during the evening. The pumpkin owner whose work receives the loudest roar will win a backstage pass to meet the band after the show.
