At first glance, The Black Crowes, Bruce Springsteen & the E-Street Band, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Puddle of Mud, Blue Oyster Cult, Dr. John and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts appear to be something of strange bedfellows, but they will all come together to help Harley-Davidson celebrate its 105th anniversary this August. The multi-stage event will take place at Milwaukee, WIs Summerfest grounds from August 29-30, also featuring appearances by ZZ Top, Dierks Bentley, Peter Frampton, Los Lonely Boys, War, Buddy Guy, Blind Melon and Cameo, among others. For more on the Black Crowes, please check out the February/March issue of Relix, featuring the groups first interview in seven years. The article, written by acclaimed journalist Anthony DeCurtis, also features a profile of the newest Crowe, Luther Dickinson.
