After closing an extended tour with Phil Lesh with a birthday gig at San Franciscos the Warfield, singer/songwriter Jackie Greene will end the year with some solo shows. The guitar slinging, piano playing, singer will perform at San Franciscos The Great American Music Hall on December 28, Lake Tahoes The Crystal Bay Club on December 29 and Sacramento, CAs Marilyns on December 31. Since Lesh has no dates currently scheduled until 2008, there is good chance the Grateful Dead bassist or one of his many friends may stop by to help Greene pop a glass of champagne sometime before 2007 segues into 2008.
