Hot Buttered Rum closed out its spring tour on Saturday at San Franciscos famed Fillmore Auditorium. During its first set, the group nodded to its Bay Area surroundings by bringing out Tea Leaf Green keyboardist Trevor Garrod and former New Monsoon percussionist Brian Carey for a cover of the Grateful Deads Loose Lucy. The duo returned during the groups second set for another pair of songs, Bob Dylans Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right and the Hot Buttered Rum original Be Kind Boys. The bluegrass band also used its performance to discuss a number of green issues and hosted a community bulletin during its second set. Hot Buttered Rum will perform at Ohios Hookahville this Friday.
