The Who’s Pete Townshend will deliver the keynote address at Austin, TXs annual industry showcase, South by Southwest, on March 14. Townshend, who was profiled on the cover of Relix in June , will also perform with his girlfriend, singer/songwriter Rachel Fuller, in Austin as part of their roaming Attic Jam series. The Who will open the next leg of its tour behind Endless Wire February 23 at Reno, NVs Events Center.
