Particle has announced its fall schedule. The tour kicks off with a hometown show October 4 at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles, as the quartet celebrates its third anniversary. From there the band heads to the East Coast for a performance at the Great Southern Music Harvest Festival in Live Oak, FL on October 10 and at Tipitinas in New Orleans on October 11. Then its back west for a two-night run at Sherpa & Yetis in Breckenridge, CO, where the group will begin an extensive road trip, making stops in Kansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Maryland and Massachusetts. Particle will play a Halloween show at New Yorks Irving Plaza on October 31 and return to the venue for another concert the following evening.
The band has just finished work on its debut full-length album, which is being produced by Tom Rothrock (Coldplay, Beck, Moby). Titled Launchpad, its due out sometime next year.
