I will also be teaching at my home, something I really love doing. Anyone interested in lessons should call my voice mail at 404.303.5952.” Af ter touring with Comotion, Sipe will play with a band called Project Z, featuring Jimmy Herring and Ricky Keller. We are still a close family in Salmonland, and I anticipate playing with the band in the future. I cannot begin to list all the great experiences, but this has been the greatest seven years of my life!”

Phish, String Cheese Incident Tickets and Passes Available in Mimi Fishman Charity Auction

Less than two weeks remain in the Mimi Fishman Foundation Summer 2000 Charity Auction. Bids are now being accepted for a pair of tickets and aftershow passes to any fall Phish show or any String Cheese Incident show in the year 2000. All proceeds will ben efit The American Glaucoma Society. “We have been overwhelmed with the current status of this months auction,” says David Shulman, organizer of the auction. “The leading bidding for the Phish ticket/aftershow pass package has broken the thousand dollar le vel. While the SCI ticket/aftershow pass package started off slowly, bids have picked up the past few days and is approaching the $300 level. We are currently in touch with other bands as well, and are very excited about what we may have to offer in futur e auctions. We are also looking at another charity to add to the mix, specifically one that runs a summer camp for kids with cancer. A new charity would not replace The American Glaucoma Society as a recipient, but be in addition to.” For more information , visit www.jambands.com/june00/features/mimi.html or email tmmff@aol.com.
